     The end of last October, we have watched on our television screen about the worker demonstrations that occurred in several major cities in Indonesia. Even to this day still feels the tense atmosphere. The workers conducted a strike for a few days. They do it just to demand improvement of fate.

     The tension occurs when thousands of workers a demonstration started uproar. Thousands of these workers do not accept if it is in an industrial area there are several companies that are still operating with the hundreds of employees who did not join the demonstration. The workers raged and went the region. They pelted and damaged post security for regional security officer banning thousands of workers who want to enter into the company. Hundreds of police personnel managed to disperse the workers, but they do not give up so easily. They remain protested, did oration, shouting for all employees demonstrated out and participated.

     I think that when we were commemorating Labor Day, but it was wrong. Turned out to the workers were doing demonstrations. I just remembered that the Labor Day falls on May 1. When I watched the news on TV, they did demonstrations to demand an increase in the minimum wages of cities (UMK) from the previous 2.7 million rupiah to 3.7 million rupiah. But I think it's too much demand. They asked for employment wage boosts up to 100%.

     Boosts employment wage is a right in an industry. Because that place where they hang up their fortunes from clothing, food and shelter. However, their request was too heavy for entrepreneurs who have the industry. I also feel sorry for the workers have been working for years, but there is no employment wage boosts. Even so, demand boosts wages of are too high.

     I was thinking, "They are not thankful for what they have given". Maybe if I become a worker will ask for the rights in the affairs boosts wages of but not to 100%. And otherwise, when I become an entrepreneur who has hundreds or even thousands of workers to industrial production will feel stressed, confused, thinking, "What should I do?" Maybe I would think to go from Indonesia. Because industry in Indonesia is not good to be used as a business venture.

     From the beginning until now, I was wondering, "What is our advantage in the demonstration? Is not it just a waste of energy. After all, we do not know if they care or not with our voice. They could have ignored our efforts ". I got to thinking negatively on government or entrepreneurs. Hopefully they heard what we were hoping for their own and also Indonesia. Everything will be better when we cooperate with each other.
